Matthew Ackley - Owner / Technician

With 15+ years in the industry, Matt definatly knows his way around all aspects of marine repair and customer service. He tries to always be available to thoroughly explain any repairs needed and answer any questions along the way. He graduated from Wyotech out of the marine program. He then continued his marine training at dealerships he worked for through the years by attending factory training in many of the industries leading brands. He prides himself on always trying to provide quailty / factory recommended repairs and great customer service!  

She brings years of experience in customer relations. She is always positive and enjoys assisting her customers. She genuinely likes dealing directly with customers and is constantly learning. You can always count on a great conversation and a personal drive to get to know everyone she meets! When she is not working she can be found enjoying family time whether it be watching movies, helping with home work or out boating!

With the combined knowledge and skills between Matt and Amanda you can count on a great marine experience!

Eric comes to us with a background in automotive repair. He brings with him a positive attitude, the willingness to continue his learning & the eagerness to tackle any repair with the pride in his work to put out a quailty product everytime. We are very excited to have him join our team and feel he will make a great addition to Ackley's. Since joining our team in the spring of 22', he has continued his growth and is learning everyday. What Eric doesn't know he more than makes up for it with his interest to learn and do things the right way. He is very excited to be sent to factory training for Mercury Marine in the fall/winter,  he will continue his growth / knowledge and with the right training Eric will continue to go far with Ackley's!

You will find Abigale when she is not at school or enjoying her pre-teen friends in the office. She assists her mother by greeting customers with a welcoming smile.

At just 11 years old, Thomas enjoys working on a varity of things. He has a great mechanical mind set. When he is not at school or playing with friends he can be found assisting his father at the yard or washing boats. He sometimes has a bit of an attitude (beyond his years) but he's a great kid with a heart of gold, and enjoys meeting new customers.
